To secure your place, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of £450 per person when you book.

Payment Plan:

1st Payment: £450 deposit – due by 31st July

2nd Payment: £300–£500 – due by 29th August

Final Payment: £145–£345 – due by 30th September

The second and final payment amounts will depend on your room choice.

If you need to change the date, please give us at least 30 days’ notice and we’ll happily move your retreat to another date (Further dates TBC).
